Youth Groups

For Teens, Tweens, 5th – 6th Graders, and Kindergarteners through 4th graders (with their Dads)

Teens:
Friendship, fun programs, and Jewish connections are found throughout Beth Tikvah, which is of special importance as a place of belongingness for our teens.

BTTY, Beth Tikvah Temple Youth, is for young adults in ninth through twelfth grades who are interested in hanging out with Jewish friends while learning and having fun.

The teens are guided by an adult advisor and have their own board of directors, complete with a president, programming vice president, social action vice president, religious and cultural vice president, treasurer, secretary, freshman, sophomore, junior and senior representatives, and NFTY (North American Federation of Temple Youth) representative.

Some of the past events: Hanukkah Party/Lock-In, NFTY Kallah, Teen Retreat, Sports activities, Teen Shabbat Service and Volunteering.

For more information on the Teens, please contact  Teens@bethtikvah.org

Tweens:
Tweens, under the guidance of an adult advisor and their own officers(president, vice president, secretary and treasurer), partake in various social and service activities throughout the year.
