comfort circleThe Comfort Circle is the grief support group at Beth Tikvah Congregation. The support group is for adults and family members who have lost parents, partners, siblings or children. My name is Stacey Cohn Siver Ph.D. I am a member of Beth Tikvah and have experienced the loss of my son and other family members. I have also been a licensed psychotherapist for over twenty years. I know how important it is to have a safe and welcoming place within your community surrounded by unconditional support, understanding and confidentiality to speak freely about your grief and the resulting changes in your life.

The Comfort Circle Grief Support Group is free and will meet at Beth Tikvah three (3) times in June, in the evenings from 7:00-9:00 pm. The actual dates will be determined by the registered participants.

Cantorial Leader Ilana Axel will also accompany us in these meetings. If you are interested in joining the Comfort Circle or would like more information on the group, please contact me by May 1 either by phone (630) 263-3392, or email at This email address is being protected from spambots.
